rsolve.fun (“rsolve”, “we”, “us”) is operated by the team behind the rsolve.fun peer-to-peer betting platform. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and app.

Information we collect

When you use rsolve.fun we may collect and process:

• X (Twitter) profile information you authorize at sign-in, such as your username, display name, avatar, and X user ID.
• Wallet address and transaction activity related to your custodial Solana wallet, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and payouts.
• Bet content you create or accept, including claims, stakes, odds, outcomes, and share/referral attribution.
• Usage data such as pages visited, device/browser type, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

What we do not store

Your private key is generated and held by Turnkey secure infrastructure. rsolve does not store your seed phrase or private key in plaintext. Key export happens through Turnkey’s secure flow when you choose to export from Wallet.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Create and maintain your account, wallet, and betting activity.
• Settle bets, process payouts, and display public arena and social content.
• Operate referrals, share attribution, and fee accounting.
• Prevent abuse, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the product (for example Turnkey for wallet custody, hosting and database providers, and X when you connect your account), when required by law, or to protect users and the platform.

Bet activity, usernames, and wallet addresses may be visible to other users as part of the public arena experience.

Retention

We retain account, wallet, and bet records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account subject to limits where we must keep financial records.

Your choices

You can disconnect X and sign out from Settings. You can export your wallet private key from Wallet if you want self-custody. Contact us on X @RsolveFun for privacy questions or requests.

Children

rsolve.fun is for users aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
