Agreement

By accessing or using rsolve.fun you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use peer-to-peer wagering services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of rsolve complies with local laws. The service may not be available in all territories.

What rsolve is

rsolve.fun is a peer-to-peer betting arena on Solana. Users post verifiable claims and stake SOL or $RSOLVE against other users. There is no house bookmaker. Outcomes are resolved from public evidence with citations on each bet. Posted fees (platform keep plus optional share/referral rewards) apply to matched pots as shown when you create or accept a bet.

Wallet and custody

Sign-in creates a custodial Solana wallet through Turnkey. You may deposit, withdraw, and export your private key subject to network fees and security checks. You are responsible for safeguarding exported keys and any external wallets you control.

Bets and settlement

When you create or accept a bet, the terms shown at acceptance (claim, side, stake, odds, token, and fees) are binding for that bet. Open bets may expire if unmatched; matched bets are escrowed until resolution. Resolution uses multiple independent public sources and stores outcome evidence on the bet. Payouts are credited to balances when settlement completes.

Fees, referrals, and sharing

Creators choose a total fee between 3% and 10% of the pot when posting. The platform always keeps 2%; sharers may earn the remainder (1%–8%) when a trackable share link converts. Referral codes may earn 1% on eligible signups. Rewards come from the posted fee, not from winners’ principal beyond the published fee. Referral earning requires holding at least 1 $RSOLVE and activation on the Referrals page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity.
• Manipulate outcomes, abuse referrals, or attempt to exploit the platform.
• Harass other users or post misleading or non-verifiable claims in bad faith.
• Circumvent security, scrape the service excessively, or interfere with normal operation.

No financial advice

rsolve does not provide investment, legal, or gambling advice. Digital assets are volatile. You may lose your stake. Only wager what you can afford to lose.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free resolution, or that every claim can be settled. To the fullest extent permitted by law, rsolve and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. Outstanding escrow and settlement obligations will be handled in line with platform rules and applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
